Smart Integrated Safety Platform

SFEX Guardian System

Causes of Electrical Equipment Accidents

Electrical equipment accidents occur due to the combined effects of insulation degradation, overheating, poor electrical connections, and environmental factors.

Prolonged electrical and mechanical stress can degrade the insulation performance of electrical equipment over time, leading to leakage currents and an increased risk of electrical fires.

Many electrical equipment accidents occur suddenly after underlying deterioration has progressed unnoticed over time.

Safety Compliance & Value

The SFEX Guardian System is an integrated safety platform designed to detect and alert operators to subtle warning signs before electrical equipment accidents and fire incidents occur. By identifying potential hazards quickly and accurately, the system helps prevent major accidents before they escalate.
By preventing electrical fires in critical equipment, the system minimizes operational losses, protects valuable assets, and supports the continuous maintenance and enhancement of workplace safety and health management systems.

SFEXTECH Solutions

SFEXTECH combines the early fire detection capabilities of its integrated multi-sensor camera system with the automatic fire suppression technology of SFEX Line, enabling a fully unmanned and remotely managed fire protection process—from the identification of early fire indicators to suppression and fire spread prevention.

Core Integrated Components - Multi-Sensor Intelligent Camera System

Integrates visible-light and thermal imaging cameras with three sensing technologies—ultrasonic, gas, and temperature sensors and continuously monitors electrical equipment for early signs of insulation degradation, abnormal conditions, and potential fire hazards.

Core Integrated Components - SFEX Line (Stand-alone Rope-Type Fire Extinguisher)

Automatically activates and releases its extinguishing agent when exposed to flame or elevated temperatures.

Operates independently without external power or control devices.

Provides rapid initial fire suppression through a total-flooding aerosol discharge mechanism.

Real-Time Integrated Process

Early Hazard Detection: The multi-sensor system continuously monitors equipment and provides early detection of arc faults, abnormal gases (such as CO), partial discharge (PD), and localized overheating in real time.

VMS Alert and Operator Verification: Alarm notifications are immediately displayed on the VMS and NVR interfaces, allowing operators to visually verify the situation through live video feeds.

Remote Activation and SFEX Line Deployment: Based on the detected conditions, the SFEX Line installed within the affected equipment can be activated automatically or remotely by the operator.

Aerosol Discharge and Fire Suppression: SFEX Line releases its extinguishing agent as a total-flooding aerosol, rapidly extinguishing early-stage fires through a chemical suppression process.

Automatic Ventilation Fan Shutdown: To maximize extinguishing performance and prevent re-ignition, ventilation fans within the equipment are automatically stopped upon agent discharge.
