The SFEX TB Cabinet is a high-performance integrated fire protection solution designed to provide safe charging and storage for lithium batteries in response to the increasing risk of lithium battery fires. Equipped with real-time temperature monitoring, automatic power shutoff, and an integrated alarm system, it enables proactive fire risk management before a fire occurs. In the event of a fire, it repeatedly suppresses the flames to reduce the internal temperature and pressure, while delaying fire propagation to adjacent batteries, providing valuable time for evacuation and emergency response.

Specifically engineered for lithium batteries, the cabinet provides a secure charging and storage environment while helping protect surrounding facilities from overheating and potential fire incidents during charging.
Securing Critical Response Time
By delaying the spread of fire to neighboring batteries, the cabinet provides crucial time for safe evacuation and effective emergency response during the early stages of a fire incident.
Proactive Risk Management
Equipped with real-time temperature monitoring, automatic power shutoff, and an integrated alarm system, the cabinet detects abnormal temperature increases at an early stage, enabling prompt response before they develop into a fire.
Fire-Resistant Interior
SFEX Thermal Barrier (SFEX TB-60), an advanced thermal barrier material, is applied to each shelf and the side and rear interior walls of the cabinet. It provides up to 60 minutes of fire resistance by preventing internal heat transfer and resisting external fire penetration during a fire.
Built-in Automatic Fire Suppression Solution
Each shelf is equipped with an SFEX Hi-100 Automatic Fire Suppression Device specifically designed for electrical fires. In the event of a fire, it activates automatically and repeatedly suppresses the flames, reducing the internal temperature and pressure inside the cabinet.
Built-in Automatic Fire Suppression Aluminum Power Strip
The cabinet is equipped with the SFEX Inside Automatic Fire Suppression Power Strip, which helps prevent arc faults and overload fires that may occur during battery charging.
Cable Fire Propagation Prevention
The SFEX AP Tape fire suppression tape is wrapped around incoming and outgoing cables to prevent fire from propagating along the cables and spreading outside the battery charging cabinet.
Temperature Monitoring and Alarm System
A temperature display panel is installed on the top of the cabinet for real-time temperature monitoring. If the temperature exceeds the preset threshold, the power is automatically shut off and an audible alarm is activated. Real-time administrator notifications are available as an optional feature.
