Thermal Runaway Propagation Barrier

SFEX Thermal Barrier is a specialized fire-resistant and thermal insulation barrier engineered to prevent heat transfer between batteries and block the spread of flames and heat beyond designated fire compartments. Built with proprietary multi-layer technology based on FR Board, a high-performance non-combustible reinforced plastic, it isolates the intense heat and flames produced during battery thermal runaway events. This effectively prevents thermal propagation and secondary ignition of adjacent batteries, providing critical protection against large-scale fire escalation.
